FAST’s Residential Division provides brokers with the opportunity to access some of the highest remuneration levels for one fixed fee. You will have access to a comprehensive residential lending panel and specialist support if required.

High remuneration structure – As FAST have a significant member base writing high volumes, we are able to meet the lenders criteria ensuring that our members receive some of the highest income levels.

One fixed fee – FAST brokers pay a flat fee per settled loan, including splits. There is no joining fee and no annual fee. Should a broker choose to leave, they will be paid their trail commission for the life of the loan, without an additional fee.

Exclusive or non-exclusive contract – You can choose whether to have an exclusive or non-exclusive contract. Brokers that hold accreditations direct with lenders can continue to do this while accessing the comprehensive FAST lender panels. If you hold an exclusive contract you may receive a preferential rate.

Comprehensive product range – Our residential lending panel includes a wide range of lender products and our members also have access to financial planning products and services, to cater for all of your potential client needs. As a member, you can expand your business model to offer insurance and investment advice through Generation Financial Solution.

Business development – We provide you with regular opportunities to meet and access lenders, with regular Professional Development days tailored to the needs of residential brokers. Our Partnership Managers are industry specialists, well trained, dedicated individuals who, together with our lenders, will assist in the development and growth of your business.
