In 2007/2008 FAST’s brokers wrote over $2billion of commercial and business loans. With the combined production strength of our companies and the strong focus we place on managing our commercial lender relationships, we can ensure our brokers receive the service they deserve.
High remuneration structure for one fixed fee – We can ensure you have access to amongst the most lucrative remuneration structures in the market. FAST will only charge you one fixed fee per transaction, including loan splits. This fee is irrespective of deal size and is the same for commercial and residential deals. In addition, when those lenders have volume bonus arrangements we will share these bonuses with you.
Strong lending panel and wide product range – Our brokers have access to a panel of funders that have been selected to ensure our brokers can write a wide variety of deals for their clients. You can choose to get accredited with a range of lenders so that you have access to the following range of funding solutions:
- Fixed or variable term funding for commercial property.
- Business loans.
- Commercial bills.
- Cash flow funding for specialist industries such as pharmacies and accounting practises.
- Inventory and debtor funding.
- Funding solutions for working capital finance.
- Franchise funding.
- Construction and development finance.
Support you need – As we have a strong focus on our commercial division we can offer experienced commercial brokers the specialist support they need. All our Partnership Managers have an understanding of the commercial business. In addition, FAST holds an annual specialised commercial and asset finance conference targeting our top performing brokers. The goal of the conference is to meet with our commercial lenders at a senior level and share industry best practice and strengthen the lenders understanding of your business.
